Homeowners, we have added a feature so that you can pay your dues on-line. Those members that pay on-line or by check, will have access to private HOA business. If we don't have your email address on file, please contact the HOA Secretary to request access. Simply log on and learn what is going on. Access to WGHOA board minutes will be accessible.

Pay your annual dues online using one of these two PayPal buttons listed below ($125 + transaction fee of $5.03 for a home or $65 + transaction fee of $2.86 for an empty lot):

After paying on Paypal, you will be sent to create a Waterford Green HOA online account on this website (email required)
After creating an online account, check your email to confirm your new account. The email will have you create a new Waterford Green HOA website password.
