HOA Annual Meeting - Date and Location TBD
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are delaying the annual meeting until further notice. The board is preparing a letter with details and dates for the meeting which will accompany the proxy forms and 2024 budget. This letter will be sent out as soon as possible.
Sunday May 26, 2024 is our “Memorial Day Celebration”

The Social will be located on the Hearthstone cul-de-sac starting at 4:00 p.m. We will have a hot dog vendor on site for everyone. HOA will provide chip, drinks, and plates/cups/utensils. Residents are asked to bring one side dish and their own chairs. Guests are welcome and will need to pay $2.00 each.
Thursday October 31, 2024 is our “Spooktacular Halloween Party”
The Spooktacular Halloween Party will be located on the Hearthstone cul-de-sac starting at 5:00 p.m. We will have a hot dog vendor on site for everyone. HOA will provide chips, drinks, and plates/cups/utensils. Residents are asked to bring one dish and their own chairs. Guests are welcome and will need to pay $2.00 each. Adults and children are encouraged to dress up.

WGHOA Annual Meeting was held on January 10, 2023. The 2023 budget was approved. The following officers were elected.

2023 WGHOA Meetings: The first board meeting after the election was held on Jan 11, 2023. Additional board meetings were held on Feb 20th and September 20th.
2022 WGHOA Board Meetings: Board meetings were held on Jan 19th, February 1st, Feb 8th, March 24th, May 24th, October 24th, Nov 14th, and Dec 19th.
Board meeting minutes are located in the Homeowner's Section ("Board Docs" webpage). Once dues are paid, access is granted upon request. Meeting minutes can be requested from the HOA Secretary.
