SAVE THE DATE - Sunday May 24, 2026 is our “Memorial Day Celebration”

Details regarding this event will be shared closer to the date.  In the past the HOA has provided hot dogs, chips, drinks, and plates/cups/utensils.  Residents have been  asked to bring one side dish and their own chairs.

SAVE THE DATE - Fall Festival Celebration

The event will probably be located on Tralee Drive since it was such a success in 2025. The HOA usually provides hotdogs with chips, drinks, and plates/cups/utensils.  Residents are usually asked to bring their own chairs. Games will be provided. Adults and children are encouraged to dress up.

HOA Annual Meeting was held Tuesday January 13, 2026 at 6:30 PM at the Gaston Public Library located at 1555 E. Garrison Boulevard
