Change in HOA Officer and Directors

Effective April 1, 2026 the following officers have resigned:

• Dylan Portor has resigned as Vice President.
• Sallie Hendrick has resigned as Secretary.
• Rebecca resigned as Treasurer (resigned in March)
• The position of President has been vacant since the beginning of the year.

Current Officers and Directors:

• Daniel Acosta has been serving as treasurer since March 2026.
• Angie Acosta is serving as secretary effective April 1, 2026

SAVE THE DATE - Fall Festival Celebration

The event will probably be located on Tralee Drive since it was such a success in 2025. The HOA usually provides hotdogs with chips, drinks, and plates/cups/utensils.  Residents are usually asked to bring their own chairs. Games will be provided. Adults and children are encouraged to dress up.
